There can be various reasons for this. The speed depends, among other things, on the network coverage and load of our local partner.
If you notice slow network speeds, please check if you have met all the requirements from our eSIM installation page and follow these steps:
- Set up the APN settings if necessary.
- Temporarily set the device to 3G.
- Enable airplane mode and then turn it off again.
If your eSIM supports more than one network, you can also try selecting a different network than the one you are currently connected to, to see if it provides a better connection.
