First of all: Android devices differ in terms of menu navigation and the names in the device settings. Therefore, the information here may not match your specific device 100%.

There are two ways to install our eSIM on your Android device:
A. Installation using the QR code
For this option, you need two devices or, for example, a printout of the QR code. The eSIM will be installed on the device that scans the QR code. The QR code can only be used once, so please do not cancel the process.
- Go to "Mobile Network / Connections" in your device settings
- Select "Add eSIM" (depending on the model, you may need to select "Advanced Mobile Network Providers" to install a new eSIM)
- Scan the Simly eSIM QR code
- Confirm the eSIM installation
- When prompted to select a phone number, always select your primary SIM.
- Make sure that "Data Roaming" is enabled
B. Manual installation
For this installation option, you do not need a second device. With this option, you install the eSIM using the so-called "LPA data". You can find this on the Simly website under "My Plans" in the "Installation Details".
- Go to "Mobile Network / Connections" in your device settings
- Select the plus sign next to "SIMs" or "Mobile Network" and select "No SIM card?" or "Install an eSIM instead".
- Depending on the model, you may also need to select "Advanced Mobile Network Providers" to add a new eSIM.
- Click on "Need help?" under the QR code scanner, then click on "Enter data manually" and enter the LPA code in the specified input field.
- Confirm the eSIM installation.
- When prompted to select a phone number, please select your primary SIM.
